We provide a minimum license agreement of 3 months with 3 months’ notice to be given at the end of the term to cancel the agreement.

We have private rooms, large suites and everything in between — from 80 to 500 square feet. We provide the flexibility of upgrading/downsizing depending on availability and the client’s needs.
